If you are not satisfied with a report, you may request a full refund within 10 calendar days of purchase.
To request a refund, please call (908) 975-0250 or email admin@larkresearch.com and include your order number.
To qualify for a refund, you must confirm in writing that you have:
- Deleted all electronic copies of the report.
- Destroyed or deleted all printed copies.
- Not retained a copy on any device.
- Not shared or distributed the report to anyone.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
